Changes!
Lots of exciting changes are happening for me right now! I spent the weekend switching my site over to its new home, hosted on Squarespace. So from now on I’ll be blogging at www.dreamsandjeans.com! I hope you’ll all follow me over there!

Summer Nails
Art to Outfit
I saw these great abstract works from Sally King Benedict and fell in love with her color palettes! They’re perfect for summer, so I picked some fun summer pieces from Madewell that coordinate with the palette.

Emma Reddington
I can’t stop looking at Emma Reddington’s home, which was recently featured on Design*Sponge. It’s light and airy, even in the rooms with darker walls. I love the combination of natural materials juxtaposed with modern furniture designs like the white Bertoia chairs. I want to move right in!

Water for Elephants
Last night I finally went to see Water for Elephants, which was wonderful and definitely lived up to the book; I would not have changed a thing! I could not be more obsessed with the costumes (designed by Jacqueline West), especially those on Reese Witherspoon. I highly recommend the movie, even if you haven’t read the book!
Monday Brights
It’s rainy and gray out so here are some fun things to brighten up your Monday!

Can’t Stop
I can’t stop thinking about this image! I’m obsessed with the unexpected combination of stripes (even the shoes!). Get the look by pairing striped pieces that have a “stripe” in common i.e. black in this case. So chic!

Kate Spade + Adeline Adeline
I’ve been secretly craving a bike from Adeline Adeline ever since I saw their line of goods last year. It comes as no surprise that Kate Spade has teamed up with the shop and collaborated on a Kate Spade bicycle! And how sweet is the promo video!

A Brief Hiatus
I have a confession. I have too much going on right now. My final portfolio is due on April 27 and until then I am busy busy wrapping up projects, having them photographed, and designing my portfolio. This book is the culmination of three years of intensely hard work, and on top of that I have other classes and obligations to attend to.
In short, I just can’t do it all, and right now my blogging has to be put on the back burner. I’m not disappearing completely, I’ll still be around and posting from time to time but I just can’t keep up with my usual schedule.
See you in a few short weeks — hard to believe I’ll be just about done with college & on my way to graduation!!
Airy Goodness
I’m obsessed with the look of Jess Loraas’ apartment featured yesterday on Design*Sponge. Modern, but with a light, comfortable feel to it. How cool is that wall-size map of Paris in the bedroom?
High Street Market Vintage
I’ve been a longtime fan of Kelly who runs the High Street Market Etsy shop which is stocked full of amazing vintage finds! She just added some new stuff to the shop so check it out! Here’s what I’d love to buy if I had my own place…
